This coffee is comprised of red bourbon varietal sourced from over 1500 local family-owned smallholder farms from the Nyamasheke region of the Western Province of Rwanda. The Gatare washing station is the first Rwandan coffee processing station with a direct focus on the specialty coffee market. Approximately 65% of coffees processed at this ill are produced by women farmers.

Aroma: Blueberry, Passionfruit

Brewing suggestion: Brew a batch with slightly more than double the amount grounds over a bed of ice equaling the mass of the water used in brewing and enjoy a delicious flash-method iced coffee that tastes incredible.
